On Nov. 18, the Auburn Police Department arrested Christopher Caesar Marcal, 29, of Springbrook Drive, Auburn on charges of cruelty to children, child molestation (4 counts), rape-strong arm (3 counts), aggravated child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
The arrest was the result of an incident reported at the Auburn Police station on Oct. 15 when a juvenile had stated that Marcal had “touched her leg” and “had sex” with her. The alleged victim is 12-years-old, according to the APD. There are no other known victims.
