Barrow under tornado, flash flood watch

Barrow County is under a tornado and flash flood watch Wednesday as severe storms approach the area. The tornado watch is until 2 p.m. and the flood watch until 4 p.m.
The watch was issued by the National Weather Service Wednesday morning and covers much of North Georgia.
