Atlanta Falcon running back Jason Snelling was arrested by the Winder Police Department Friday on multiple charges including driving without a license and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Snelling, of 1261 Silverwood Court in Lawrenceville, was booked into the Barrow County jail at 6:42 a.m. and has since made bond. He was arrested at 4:20 a.m., according to the incident report.
Snelling was charged with the following:
•possession of less than an ounce of marijuana
•expired or no driver’s license
•possession and use of drug-related objects
•failure to maintain lane
•failure to maintain insurance
•improper use of a dealer license plate
•no vehicle registration.
Snelling, 29, was stopped on W. May Street, according to the incident report.
Snelling is in his sixth season in the NFL. He played collegiately at Virginia. He has played his entire professional career with the Falcons.
