A Winder man dissatisfied with the level of service he received from the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office said he was going to take his complaint to higher authorities.
A deputy was dispatched to a Casey’s Court address after a man called 911 to complain of a loud party in his neighborhood.
According to the report, the man was irate and “kept cussing the call taker.”
When the deputy arrived at the scene, he could hear no noise coming from any party and noticed the complainant appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
The man repeated his complaint regarding his neighbors being too loud and added that there was too much traffic in and out of the house.
The deputy attempted to assure the man that the Sheriff’s Office wanted to help him, but needed him to be cooperative.
At that point, the complainant refused to discuss the matter further saying that he was going to call the mayor, the GBI, the FBI, and his father, who the man claimed is a Congressman.
