A Hoschton man returned home after a trip to find his residence had been damaged and his pool apparently used for a party.
The man told the Barrow County Sheriff’s deputy that the exterior of his residence was damaged and that there were several items scattered in and around the pool including clothing, syringes and beer bottles.
The deputy found a DVD near the pool from which he was able to obtain a partial print.
The deputy also found a small notebook with what appeared to be instructions for writing bad checks using Western Union.
There were no signs of forced entry at the residence. The case has been forwarded to investigators.
