Police were called to a Cabot’s Ridge address after a man saw a videotape in which his wife seemingly confessed to an affair.
The man told police he had just learned that his wife videotaped herself while she was out with some friends. In the video, the wife allegedly made reference to sleeping with another man.
The woman admitted making a reference that led her husband to believe she was having an affair.
The responding officer determined that the husband was intoxicated and the parties needed to be separated.
The man, who was incapable of driving, left with his brother-in-law.
