One of the new owners of the popular Spitfire Restaurant at the Barrow County Airport died Monday during a deadly domestic disturbance at his residence. Barrow County Sheriff’s Office investigators believe that 33-year-old Ian Muriu, following an argument with his wife, shot and killed his mother-in-law and then turned the gun on himself. Deputies discovered the bodies of both Muriu and Diana Freeman, 66, inside the home the family shared at 544 Walton Drive in Bethlehem.
