An 84-year-old Hoschton woman has been charged with homicide by vehicle in the second degree for a wreck that took three lives in February.
The Georgia State Patrol says Minnie Lucille Dressler, 1764 Ga. Hwy. 211, crossed the centerline on Hwy. 211 on Feb. 24 and hit a Chevy Lumina head-on with three passengers.
Those killed were Nancy Hamrick, 69; and Katherine Collier, 7, both of Winder. A third passenger, a 10-year-old boy, was also killed.
The accident was part of a four-car collision on Hwy. 211, near the intersection of Old Thompson Mill Road in Barrow County.
Dressler was also charged for driving on the wrong side of the road.
