An Auburn woman and her boyfriend were cited for disorderly conduct after police were called to settle a domestic dispute.
Kathleen Marie Finnerty and Douglas Clevenger, both of Auburn, were arguing at a Third Street address when police were dispatched.
Finnerty said Clevenger yelled at her and pushed her while the two were arguing. Finnerty further accused Clevenger of tossing items off her dresser.
Clevenger told officers that Finnerty had yelled at him and pushed him.
According to the report, both parties admitted to drinking heavily that evening.
Both were cited for disorderly conduct and released on the scene. Clevenger was transported to a friend’s house to spend the remainder of the evening.
