U.S. Rep. Paul Broun is hosting a town-hall meeting Thursday, April 4, in Winder. The purpose of the meeting is to hear from constituents about whatever is on their minds, according to a press release.
The 6 p.m. meeting will be in the Barrow County Board of Commissioners meeting room on the second floor of the county government’s headquarters building at 233 E. Broad St.
“I’m looking forward to talking to as many people as possible from Barrow County, and this town hall meeting is a great way to do it,” said Broun. “It’s so important that I hear from the people I represent – to know what they think, what they feel, and how I can serve them better. From Obamacare to the national debt, whatever is on people’s minds, I’m eager to discuss.”
The event is free and open to the public. For information, call Broun’s Athens district office at (706) 549-9588.
