Standoff with SWAT team leads to suicide

A Winder man fatally shot himself following a lengthy standoff with Barrow County law enforcement and SWAT officials earlier this week.
According to a report from the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, Jesse Plunkett, 22, was dead when law enforcement entered a home at 4 a.m. Tuesday on Rosebud Lane. A woman who was inside the residence had initially called 911 for help.
Plunkett refused to surrender to deputies on the scene and the incident was then treated as a barricaded gunman. SWAT personnel were dispatched to the scene and a standoff ensued for more than 11 hours. An arrest warrant was obtained for Plunkett in an attempt to obtain the weapon from him.
Tear gas was then deployed into the home as SWAT members hoped to get Plunkett to exit the home, but he refused to do, a report from the BCSO said. Once SWAT personnel entered the home, Plunkett was reportedly dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Other than the tear gas, no rounds were fired by law enforcement officials.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been asked to assist with the investigation.

Is that really what happened?

Who knows with the encrypted police radios now.

I think we'll be hearing about a lot more "suicides".

I bet the GBI is in on it two and the satellites are sending signals into your trailer. I bet the encrypted radios have nothing to do with the unavailable frequencies and the availability of bandwidth. Its the military industrial complex requiring 800mhz frequencies that are causing toxic flourocarbons to muddy the waters of the mulberry river. The sheriff set the WOG loose to work the radios to hide everything. Hey man I with you.

It's not a government conspiracy, the radios are not encrypted by anyone. You just need a few items and a little skill that the government has not made public and you can listen to any ones radio traffic.

First go into you kitchen and get a roll of aluminum foil, then get a coat hanger. With the aluminum foil you will fashion one of two hats. The first is just a crude cover for your head, this will keep the government from reading you thoughts as you tasking the more complex receiver for the encrypted radio signals.

Second you need to fashion a second aluminum foil hat but this time use the coat hanger to create two antennas and attach these to you second hat and cover with foil. Your finished hat should look like a martian head. This is important be cause the government is now sending all public safety radio transmissions through the new " M one 11" martian space satellite system.

Third, place this new had on your head being very quiet and with out think anything during the transfer of you protective first hat and this second receiver hat.

Forth, this is the very most important step of all, with this receiver hat on you must now GO OUT SIDE IN A LIGHTNING STORM SO THAT YOU CAN COLLECT THE MARTIAN.POWER SOURCE.

You will now hear what has been being hid from you with these new radios.
