A Bethlehem home was completely destroyed by fire late Tuesday evening.
Shortly after 11:30 Tuesday night, firefighters from Barrow County Fire and Emergency Services responded to the 300 block of Manning Gin Road in Bethlehem to a reported structure fire.
First arriving crews found a residential structure fully involved.
“Due to the amount of involvement upon arrival firefighters were forced into a defensive attack mode,” said Lieutenant Scott Dakin.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Fire Investigation Unit and the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office.
