Improper stop leads to DUI arrest

Sherina Leshay Dunn, 34, of 661 Woodale Street in Hull, Georgia was arrested by Statham Police last week after being pulled over for an "improper stop."

The officer determined Dunn was driving in violation of a limited driving permit and was under the influrnce of alcohol.

Others arrested by the Statham Police Department during the last week include:

•Daniel Paul Hendsbee, 26, 274 Third Street, Statham, battery FVA.

•Kasey Ray Moon, 29, 1693 Atlanta Highway, Statham, probation violation.

•Jonathan Bernard Pollard, 36, 2360 West Broad Street, Athens, probation violation.

•Maris Cortes Diaz, 35, 272 Amethy Drive, Athens, speeding and driving without a valid driver’s license.
