Following an unscheduled closed session Tuesday night, the Barrow County Board of Commissioners voted to approve a $10,000 settlement with a former county inmate whose allegation of abuse was made public in 2011 by local and state representatives of the NAACP.
Six months after an NAACP press conference on the steps of the historic county courthouse in downtown Winder, Phillip Clifford Wells Jr. filed a federal lawsuit against the Barrow County Detention Center and four jail staff.

But you have the right to record and should. Officers have no expectation of a right to privacy while performing thier duties.
All public servants should be held accountable for thier actions.

The officer has been give the power of the law and the authority to end life when justified not to inflect petty vengeance to satisfy a vengeful fit...
The tax payers pocket would be served if the officer just did his job period.
