Eight days after the chairman of the Barrow County Airport Authority publicly confronted Danny Yearwood’s “gang of four” over their Sept. 6 confrontation of an airport contractor, the authority on Tuesday night decided which trees to cut down to ensure the safety of pilots.
But the authority’s unanimous agreement about the removal of about 30 acres of trees has not ended the political fallout from authority chairman Scott Miller’s public accusations about the chairman of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners and his associates.

One Question: Has the Barrow County Commissioners ever met or spoken with the Federal Aviation Authority? It seems they have not.
Now that is true COMEDY!
First of all; your statement just answered ALOT of questions on the minds of the Citizens of Barrow County.
#1. Yes you do need to some sort of Aviation experience or Education to know how an Airport "Functions" and is to be run by the Federal Government Standards.
#2. You and the current Commissioner are totally incompetent to realize how important the local Airport is to Barrow County.
#3. Frank Norcera.....Buddy I hate to tell you but he is making you guys look like a Puppy he is dragging around from a leash.
Trust me: Frank may call himself a "Pilot" but he belongs at a "Private Airport" where Ultralights are flown. He has no clue of "Corporate Aviation" being his past actions speaks for itself! Barrow County is lucky to have the Airport it has and it should be preserved by "People" who understand and understand Aviation.
There happens to be a bad Apple in every bunch and Frank Norcera happens to be it for Barrow County.
You are not in office yet and you really need to say out of issues till you take office.
Come on, just lay in the weeds and wait your turn.
No other BCC member ever makes a remark on this rag. You need to learn why they don't ... because you get ripped whether you are right or wrong.
If anyone knows the owner of these mongrals, please keep them in their kennels.
