Family violence leads to arrests

Three people were arrested during the past week by the Statham and Auburn police departments for charges related to family violence (FVA).

Those arrested during the past two weeks by the Auburn and Statham police departments include the following:

AUBURN

•Jennifer Marie Redmon, 32, 328 Coblestone Road, Auburn, aggravated assault FVA.

•Jeffrey Lanier McCollum, 45, 1523 Betts Mill Road, Auburn, simple battery FVA and cruelty to children.

STATHAM

•James Phillip Wright, 51, 1903 Noah Lane, Statham, battery FVA.
