The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57 people over the past week. Those arrested and their charges include:

•Brenda Kennedy Alley, 48, 1331 Osborne Road, Statham, probation violation.

•Misti Amber Arriga, 34, 1218 Highway 124, Hoschton, probation violation.

•Wesley Allen Bagwell, 20, 106 Appalachee Church Road, Auburn, Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA) sale of marijuana.

•Amanda Sue Barnette, 33, 1780 Wynfield Lane, Auburn, failure to appear.

•Brandon Jarret Brock, 27, 388 Arrowhatchee Drive, Winder, probation violation.

•Irene Ann Doyle, 40, 2026 Ventura, Statham, probation violation.

•Jimmy Holland Evans, 32, 1465 Finch Road, Winder, probation violation.

•Warren Shaun Flanagan, 41, 174 Mystic Lane, Winder, probation violation.

•Jennifer Elaine Garcia, 31, 1644 Troy Smith Road, Monroe, financial transaction card fraud.

•Jordie Hayes, 21, 514 Stone Ridge Drive, Winder, VGCSA sale of marijuana.

•Robert Lewis Heard, 38, 470 Sweetgum Street, Social Circle, probation violation.

•Amy Ann Hougland, 23, 286 Clover Drive, Auburn, probation violation.

•Dwayne Raymond Howard, 26, 1905 Highway 82, Statham, battery FVA, simple battery FVA, criminal trespass and simple assault FVA.

•Richard Michael Jones Jr., 28, 2165 Rugby Avenue, Apt. 347, College Park, probation violation.

•John William Kemmer, 38, 2028 East Wood Drive, Snellville, obstruction of an officer, probation violation and failure to appear.

•Duwayne Edward Kitchen Jr., 31, 112 Chippawe Run, Auburn, contempt of court.

•Larry Eugene Lupoe, 22, 5530 Old Dixie Highway #6, Forest Park, conspiracy to purchase marijuana and conspiracy to traffic marijuana.

•Amanda Jo McCarty, 32, 1014 Tall Oaks Lane, Monroe, theft by receiving stolen property and no proof of insurance.

•Anthony Antwon Milsap, 23, 2052 Ventura Street, Statham, VGCSA sale of crack cocaine and VGCSA sale of MDMA.

•Terry Allen Monhollen, 19, 139 North Ridge Road, Winder, failure to appear.

•Charles Edward Morton, 50, 87 Elm Street, Winder, probation violation.

•Andra Deangelo Terry Jr., 20, 5530 Old Dixie Highway #6, Forest Park, conspiracy to traffic marijuana and conspiracy to purchase marijuana.

•Brian Keith Thompson, 39, 1278 Renee Drive, Lilburn, violation of family violence order.

•Cyrus Lee Vickers Jr., 28, 162 Southwest Whispering Way, Winder, probation violation.

•Michael Shane Voigt, 38, 5832 Kady Drive, Apt. B, Norcross, probation violation.

•Belinda Joyce Wheeler, 39, 427 Smith Mill Road, Winder, probation violation.

•Brandon Scott Addison, 21, 285 Fiddlers Trail, Auburn, failure to appear.

•Christopher Baessler, 24, 2228 Kilgore Road, Buford, criminal trespass and criminal trespass FVA.

•Benjamin Britt Barnett, 18, 498 Lassther Road, Shapsbury, speeding and reckless driving.

•Sammy Thomas Beasley, 38, 165 Second Street, Athens, possession of marijuana and seat belt violation.

•Josephine Benton, 1290 Etheridge Drive, Auburn, deposit account fraud.

•John Michael Blackstock, 50, 1842 Thomas Drive, Hoschton, DUI, driving on a suspended driver’s license, open container violation and headlight violation.

•Amy Lea Blakley, 40, 524 Harris Drive, Winder, VGCSA, possession of marijuana and drugs to be kept in original container.

•Randy Lynn Blakley, 52, 524 Harris Drive, Bethlehem, VGCSA, possession of firearms by a convicted felon and possession of a fraudulent driver’s license.

•Yaquisha Carter, 24, 2366 Parc Chateau Drive, Lithonia, conspiracy to traffic marijuana and conspiracy to purchase marijuana.

•Calvin Jamain Cunningham, 31, 400 Alberta Drive, Colbert, simple battery FVA.

•Shirley Jane Ewing, 37, 2638 Brooks Road, Dacula, deposit account fraud.

•Tonya Marie Hampton, 34, 1400 Water Wheel Drive, Bethlehem, conspiracy to purchase controlled substance.

•Alfred Wendell Hewatt, 60, 321 Providence Club Drive, Winder, criminal trespass, simple battery and disorderly conduct.

•Jeffrey Alexander Johnson, 22, 3350 Tiffany Court, Suwanee, speeding and reckless driving.

•Lisa Marie Keever, 38, 158 East Wright Street, Winder, VGCSA.

•Gary Dean Ledbetter, 42, 3384 Shoal Creek Road, Monroe, DUI and failure to maintain lane.

•Kyle Michael Malone, 22, 927 Live Oak Court, Winder, theft by taking.

•James Daniel Malpass, 26, 130 Jefferson Road, Statham, theft by receiving stolen property.

•Kenneth Ray Maston, 26, 932 Summeridge Way, Lawrenceville, driving on an expired tag and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

•John Ryan Pate, 25, 467 Fairfield Drive, Jefferson, probation violation.

•Harold Moses Pilgrim, 33, P.O. Box 595, Bethlehem, deposit account fraud.

•Kimberly Leslie Pilgrim, 31, 695 Manning Gin Road, SE, Monroe, deposit account fraud.

•Hector David Posada, 20, 1905 Brenda Street, Statham, speeding, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to maintain lane and driving without a driver’s license.

•Bryan Eric Rickert, 34, 1303 Palmer Lane, Winder, battery FVA.

•Kelvin Smith, 49, 233 East Wright Street, Winder, seat belt violation and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

•Samuel Timothy Stokes, 24, 911 Brookside Drive, Winder, DUI and failure to maintain lane.

•Ying Kong Thor, 19, 40 Autry Road, Auburn, simple battery FVA.

•Steven Lamar Turner, 33, 2822 Eunice Holcombe Circle, Dacula, probation violation.

•Jaylon Douglas Vanderford, 23, 238 Fourth Avenue, Winder, VGCSA.

Its so sad the way justice can be miscarried and officers who are nothing but shady can do as they want even to the point of having you arrested falsely. One offficer got a twinkle in his eye when he ran across my deceased father's gun and thought he was going to keep it for his own. When I introduced him to the legality of the matter, BAM, I was arrested on 7 charges all of which are denied and a lawsuit will be filed as a result of the same. I hope he reads this because he knows what he did but what he didn't know is that I wouldn't lay down. I must add that he was so vile he called DFCS to come and get my children though my mother was on hand to take care of them for me. He has got to go. SHADY SHADY SHADY

Where is the personal responsibility here?? You were arrested. You had illegal drugs in your house. I don't even know what VGCSA means. It is time to grow up and stop blaming the police, your environment, your parents, the government, whatever.
You are 40 years old, for crying out loud! It's time you started to act like it, and that means being a responsible parent who sets a good example for your children.
We are sick to death of frivolous lawsuits by people who want to get something for nothing. But that "nothing" comes out of my pocket eventually, and the pockets of all good citizens.

No I didn't have any marijuana and whats more, the medicines which are referenced, they were my husbands and they WERE in their respective bottles with appropriate labels attached and everything. I think he confiscated them for his own personal use. He acted messed up as a can of worms the day he came to my house.

This arrest which was on the 30th of August was from an ILLEGAL search of my house on the 11TH DAY OF APRIL!!!! Figure that out! That chowhound lieutenant got a twinkle in his freakin blood shot eyes when he ran across a couple of guns that belong to my dad and thinks he gonna keep them. WE'll see about that cause I ain't gonna roll over. We're gonna take this matter to the highest level of court there is.

I upped and relocated to another county where I don't have to take chances on him misusing his authority again but this is far from over.

By the way, he tried to see that the department of family and children services got my kids as he took me and my husband to jail; but unfortunately, I was able to get in touch with family first. Is that vile or what? He is the devils spawn.

First of all, your children are being put in a better environment, as they will now be sheltered from your world of drugs and thugs. Also, your lies stand confirmed as you are still living in your same home, and have not relocated. Since we know you are lying about relocating, why should anyone believe your ridiculous, uneducated blabber?

Amy, none of your crap makes sense. How did they come up with the pot charge if you had none? If you did, and you had some or things used to smoke it with in your possession, with INNOCENT kids , you need to have your butt locked up. For good, unless to get out and cut grass on roadsides and pick up trash.

VGCSA stands for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act, which apparently, there was enough probable cause of such to have Ms. Blakely & her husband arrested. Let's put aside the fact that they allegedly had drugs in their possession. Just the mere fact that keeping a firearm in the house when evidentally the husband is a convicted felon, shows the lack of forethought or intelligence on the Blakeleys' part.

It's a shame that children were present and are living around that nonsense. Hopefully the Blakelys will get their act together and set a better example for their young ones.

got busted!!! NEWS FLASH-- YOU ARE THE DEVIL'S SPAWN-
not the police. Your husband is a convicted felon and has
no business owning or being in possession of any firearm
whatsoever. It is against the law for a convicted felon
to own or be in possession of a firearm. The fact that
you would sink so low as to have marijuana in a house around children is deplorable! Then you try to make it look like
it is the fault of the police. What kind of parent are
you?! I hope you really did move out of Barrow County- we
don't need your kind here.

Amy, I might not know anything, but I do know how to correctly form a logical sentence. So, while you're being proud of your 10th grade education, I will just laugh, laugh and laugh. Have fun living in another county, and don't come back. P.S. I'm glad to see that Barrow County is cleaning the trash off the streets.

Those weren't your fathers guns! Quit lying to yourself... you were wrong NOT the police. They don't just randomly pick someone's name out of a jar and say "Hey let's go and arrest them!" You only moved so you could continue to live your fraudulent life without suspician of your neighbors now that barrow county is on to you... ha ha ha it is about time!!

Oh Amy! A twinkle in his eye? Really? Your story sounds like a fairy tale to me. Did he touch the side of his nose and make the illegal drugs just magically appear? I truly feel sorry for your children. I can only hope you are the black sheep of the family and the one's who took the children when you were arrested will teach them right from wrong.
