•Donald Vincent Howard, 34, 367 Sanders Circle, Winder, battery.
•Brett Allie Vrandenburgh, 24, 510 Cherokee Road, Winder, aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
•Victor Santos Hernandez, 27, 356 Fairview Court, Winder, sexual battery and public intoxication.
•Stacey Herbert Hunter, 42, 68 Marion Lay Street, Winder, stalking.
•John Wesley Partin, 43, 59 Alexander Street, Winder, theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and damaging, injuring or interfering.
•James Joshua Persinger, 30, 605 Hunters Cove Lane, Loganville, speeding and DUI.
STATHAM
•Fortunato Camacho, 43, 500 Kathwood Drive, Apt. 5, Athens, driving while unlicensed, operating a vehicle with improper equipment and driving without insurance.
•John Martin Johnson, 26, 285 Second Street, Statham, DUI.
•Nava Manuel Laureano, 29, 1119 Hummingbird Way, Winder, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a driver’s license.
