GBI starts Winder probe

There is no need for security cameras on a street where traffic is such a cluster that no one could get away. Even the police will have to use back streets. Spend the money for a traffic engineer that my be able to get traffic to flow through Winder. No new business will come into this town with the traffic situation as it is. I just keep seeing more vacant store fronts every week. Maybe some more pawn shops or shabby looking used car lots will move in.
