Rescue Ranch 911, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing abused and neglected horses and helping underprivileged and at-risk youth, will hold an open house on September 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 911 Brookside Drive in Winder.
Tricia Mashburn, one of the founders of Rescue Ranch 911, said the organization is dedicated to providing a loving and positive environment for both youth and horses to help heal the heart, mind, body and strength of each.
The open house will feature a meet and greet, cookout, horsemanship demonstrations, fire rescue demonstrations, gospel and bluegrass performances, and children’s activities.
