The Auburn City Council approved a resolution Thursday night to support an application for a 72-unit multifamily development to be called Auburn Hills Apartments. The application is for the developers, TBG Residential, to apply for tax credits from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
Previous discussions about the project included an idea that the city should provide public transportation for the project so that residents could travel by bus or trolley to stores in Auburn. That proposal was on the mind of two residents who spoke against the city’s support of the application

Give poeple a break, It will be nice to have more choices as far as living arrangements. Right now it's just a HOUSE with extremely high rent or a chicken house apartment or a run down trailer. I am looking forward to the new complex
