A committee reviewing Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) will meet Tuesday, Aug. 26, at 2 p.m., at the Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center, Athens.
The committee will a review a DRI for Jackson Park, which is a proposed development with 7.5 million square feet of warehouse space among 20 buildings on 701 acres on U.S. Hwy. 129, near the Athens-Clarke County line in Jackson County.
The committee will also review a DRI for Schuetz Container Systems, which is proposing construction of 593,000 square feet of warehouses and office space on two building sites along Bankhead Highway in Carl in Barrow County.
Reviews for the DRI will be limited to 30 minutes.
