A motorcyclist that was killed in a wreck in Auburn was likely dead for several days before someone found his body, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
James Etheridge, 39, of Dacula, was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Mount Moriah Road in between Clack Drive and High Point Drive in unincorporated Auburn, according to Gwinnett police.
Etheridge was driving a 1998 motorcycle east on Mount Moriah Road when investigators believe that he was unable to negotiate a left curve in the road and hit a guardrail. He continued down an embankment and hit several small trees.
