Trial could be postponed in Winder murder case

A judge will decide next Thursday if the trial for a man charged with killing his wife in July 2011 and leaving her body in an Auburn well should be postponed until June.

Jim Lynn’s attorney filed a motion for continuance on Feb. 21 “due to the seriousness and gravity of the charges involved, extensive investigation and discovery” the case entails, the court document states.

The March 1 hearing is set to determine whether Lynn confessed voluntarily or involuntarily. Jury selection was originally slated to begin March 12.

Its been long enough. Justice needs to be served. I am sure her children and family desperatly need this to be over. Let's think about them and move forward with this
