Pre-trial motions filed in Lynn case; Jury selection to begin in March

The motion argues that due to the emotional stress, Lynn lacked the mental capacity to intelligently assert his right to counsel, or, in the alternative, was not properly Mirandized and did not make a knowing, intelligent and voluntary waiver of his rights as required by law.

Meanwhile, plans are moving forward to begin Lynn’s trial next month. Jury selection is slated to begin March 12 at 8:30 a.m. at the Barrow County Courthouse.
