The father of a six-year-old Clayton County boy who was reported missing and then found staying with a relative in Barrow County has been charged with one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Online jail docket information indicates Moses Yumbi Ngalahom, 55, of 1281 Willow Drive, Riverdale, is being held at the Clayton County jail as of 12:05 a.m. Friday. His bond is not yet set.
Ngalahom was allegedly under the influence when his son Andrew Ngalahom disappeared from their Riverdale neighborhood on Wednesday.
The boy was found late Thursday night in Barrow County after an ongoing search was conducted.
