The City of Statham Police Department is conducting a series of neighborhood watch meetings for residents. The first meeting was held Jan.19 and referenced prescription drug abuse. The next meeting will be held Feb. 16 at the Statham Police Department located at 338 Jefferson Street at 7 p.m.

Teaching, Educating, Building support & Actually participating in the Community, being a part of the City, Wow, rare concept..
This is what Winder Police said it was going to do, but they were "One and Done" and try to even flag them down. I had high hopes for the new chief but it seems that status quo is the way. Now they have trucks that look like cheesy cheap stickers that don’t match the rest of the cars, back to Mayberry...
I applaud Statham PD and hope they keep it up, even when everyone cant participate each time it is work it to SERVE Your Citizens.
Now if we can get Barrow County & Winder PD to think outside their sealed closed boxes.
Did WPD stop you also, I assume? So did the wpd cop put a battery on his shoulder and dare you to knock it off too?
I think know of that cop, I think he was at Hoschton PD and had the same reputation there actually. I still want you to tell how WPD was different to you, what happened.
ALSO STATHAM NEEDS TO BUILD A SKATE PARK FOR THESE KIDS IN THIS AREA..
