Where were the rezoning signs? When this same property was rezoned in 99 or 2000, it was rezoned for Chateu Elan homes. There were signs stating this was property was up for rezoning. Where were the signs this time? I just want to know who has their hand in the cookie jar? Don't we have enough empty homes in this area already? Why don't we focus on filling the homes before we dump 300 renters into our wonderful residential area. Please show up on the 9th with me and tell your friends to come also.

Greg. Just how many empty homes do you own is this area? If the answer is none. Then mind your own business and stay out of others business. It's nothing to you.

Let's be honest in what is going on here. The development company is not looking out for the best interest of the community. They completely understand what they are up against in regards to the future of the property. Their goal is to minimize their losses. What better way to do this than to project an income stream for the town of Braselton? The people of Braselton need to make sure they are heard this Thursday, February 9. The long term affects of an apartment complex, no matter how many gates it has, needs to be projected. Not to mention, the trafic count will soar. Greg, rally up your troups and lets FIGHT to maintain the integrity of our community!!
