I would LOVE to see how that would stand up in court. If the original 10 year contract did not have such a cancellation clause already in it, they cannot arbitrarily abolish the contract because they feel like it!

yearwood had much to do with the original contract. an example of his influence into local affairs long before be became the chairman of the board.Since the contract was apparently stained by yearwoods involvement it needed to be done away with. What people dont realize is that everything wrong in Barrow County can be traced either directly or indirectly to yearwoos administration , he has not only failed at this but has damaged barrow beyond repair foir a very long time to come.

Just another unneccesary consultant with unnecessary services, leaching off the government. But who could blame them, It's easy money. They and a lot others were given these lucrative and wasteful contracts by the former Mayor who was spending like there's no tomorrow. It goes on in most local goverments and all State goverments.Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I believe something to do with the preceeding mayoral administration is more accurate. Another dim-light agreement negogiated without council oversight. No lawsuit and H.S. Feldman knows it. Thank you chip thompson (it's like the jelly-of-the-month club).
