Auburn man arrested for rape, incest, aggravated child molestation

The Auburn Police Department made one arrest and investigated five incidents during the past week.

Those arrested and their charges include:
•Elmer Allen Boston, 26, 1200 Bradford Park Lane, Auburn, rape, aggravated sexual battery, cruelty to children, aggravated child molestation, statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes, incest and aggravated sodomy.
INCIDENTS
•agency assist on Hilltop Circle.
•theft by taking on Ethridge Road.
•fight/affray and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Carter Road.
•traffic violation complaint on Appalachee Church Road.

This is not true No proof ask Dr I hear that they wouldnt allow the drs or lie detector to be submitted God someone help him he just laid his mother to rest and now this

First of all the Dr provided proof and the reason a lie detector can not be summitted because anyone can pass them. I think he got lucky just receiving 25 years. I was wishing the sicko would have gotten life. He deserves to know what it feels like to have your innocents taken away. I do wish his mother would rest in peace but I think she is probably turning over to throw up for what her son has done to her grandchild.

I totally agree with this comment. He should have gotten much more but you can rest assured he will get what is coming to him in prison!!

Do you even know who you're talking about? Do you even know how he was charged or the situation in which it happened?

Do you know that it was later denied by all parties? After it was denied, it was proven false by the doctor. How much do you need?

This was a witch hunt by a new prosecutor that didn't want to look like a total idiot by not getting a conviction for a man she charged hastily and stupidly. Know the whole story and politics first.

I was in the barrow county jail with this man, he is a very soft spoken smart man. I would never have thought he'd be the type to do this, but the outcome was sad. I still pray for him and his family. Who did come see him at every visitation. His wife never left his side!
