A property owner said she would not file charges against a 44-year-old Barrow County woman and 64-year-old Oconee County man who were reportedly cheating on their spouses and “living out their fantasy” on a private wooded lot off Ernest Elder Road in Winder.
The couple was found after someone called 911 to report a locked and empty vehicle parked near the woods and what sounded like a woman moaning and screaming in pain.
A responding sheriff’s deputy entered the woods and discovered a half-dressed white male and a naked female reportedly engaged in some sort of sexual act.
According to the report, the deputy drew his Taser while approaching the couple. The female said something to the male, who immediately pulled up his pants. Then, the female stood up in front of the officer, completely naked, with reported red marks all over her body, according to the report.
The deputy asked them to get dressed and to provide identification. The male provided his and the female said she left hers in the car.
Asked if they knew that they were trespassing on private land, the two both told the deputy they knew they were. The deputy additionally noticed a black gym bag including “bondage” type sexual items, including paddles and belts, according to the report.
When the deputy asked the two if they were married, they both answered yes, they were, but not to one another.
The deputy then asked the female about the marks on her body. She said she had consented to receiving them from the male. The woman additionally admitted the black gym bag belonged to her, and that she was “into that sort of thing,” according to the report.
The woman told the deputy that the couple met on a web site called Fetlife.com. The two reportedly had met six months prior to the incident Nov. 21. She further told the deputy “it had always been their fantasy to have sex in the woods and today they had been attempting to live out their fantasy.”
While the deputy and the couple were talking, one of the property owners arrived. Asked what type of recourse the owner wanted for the couple’s infractions, she said she just wanted them to be gone and not to return to the property.
The deputy then told the couple that he didn't necessarily agree with their decisions, but they were both grown adults and as such knew better than to be in the woods, according to the report. “I advised both to use better discretion in the future,” the deputy wrote.
But really, a taser being pulled when no danger was evident for the officer, come'on
Surprised they didn't charge the old man with assult with a dead weapon.
