An Auburn man died Tuesday as a result of injuries sustained from an Oct. 22 car crash on Harbins Road in Dacula south of Drowning Creek Road.
According to an accident report obtained from Gwinnett County police, Nicholas B. Moreno, 20, was driving a 1995 Honda Civic southbound on Harbins Road when it crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2002 Toyota Sienna.
Alcohol and speed were not a factor, the report states. Both vehicles were reportedly traveling at a speed of 45 miles-per-hour.
Both drivers were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center for treatment due to their injuries. Hospital staff said the other driver has already been discharged.
I am praying for his family and the other involved in this ACCIDENT, I think it was an accident though some here claim there are no accidents.
This was an accident -- a mistake that any of us could make -- and sadly cost one young man his life. Cost a mother and father their child. Cost a young woman her fiancé.
Your comment is nothing other than offensive.
I feel for this man in this case who died in this accident my point was had he not died, the Police and others would have been happy soon as he got out of hospital to have him arrested and sent off to prison for an accident. yes the other man had an accident, but Mr are you kidding was defending that the guy got arrested and charged with crime that could cost that father three years in the Georgia penal system not just county jail, I am sorry and praying for both and all familes involved when ACCIDENS happen and there is loss of life.
God bless each and evryone!!!
