City of Winder's 10th Anniversary of 9/11

The City of Winder held a memorial service at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 11 and again at 8 p.m. at the John O. Mobley Public Safety Building at 96 North Broad St. in downtown Winder. The day followed a time line of events to remember the 10th anniversary of that fateful day.
