City of Statham officals will look to an “opportunity zone” to help provide sewer service to McCarty Trailer Park.
“This section has low to medium income citizens,” said Statham mayor Robert Bridges. “We need to provide sewer to this location and we have been told we can receive grant money for it.”
Engineering Management Incorporated of Lawrenceville has provided an estimated cost of $5,500 to help with the project. This would include a re-development plan, public hearings and plan, ordinance and resolution adoption.
