Your right, my mortgage is upside down due to idiots like you and the BOC for the past several years ruining the county. I could sell, but why put a house on the market when nobody wants to move here anymore since the county BOC is a joke, education is sub par and special interest groups...ahem airport and real estate "moguls" put their wants ahead of everyone else. I applaud you for living here your whole life, inheriting family land and probably never had to work hard, unless you jumped in the real estate boom and made lots of money at the expense of the county, hope your proud of yourself
1) It isn't swealtering outside as you wait for the building to open
2) Most of the non-working parents think it is too early, so they don't get their butts out of bed and it is less crowded. It takes far less time for me to do everything that is required when I arrive at 7 in the morning. When it was at 3, everyone arrived at threee and it was a big CF of people coming into the school
3) If done in the evening, is messes up dinner time and bed time.
And whining? I'm not sure how to respond to that. It's clear that your mind is made up, which is sad. Most of the teachers that I know are quite dedicated to their professions. But I am certain that you can't be convinced of that, so I won't try.
And, I agree with Unfortunate's commend that it is sad how you feel about teachers. As a teacher myself, I do everything I can do involve my students' parents in every part of their education. I have come back to school at 7:30pm to have a conference with a parent who could only come late after work. I have gone to a parent's workplace to have a conference because she couldn't get any time off to come to the school. I have even stood next to a car and had a conference with the parent through the open window as she moved slowly through the line to pick up her child in the afternoon, because she wouldn't take the time to come into the school. I do what I can to involve my parents, and so do most teachers.
