• Erica Micki Sprague, driving while license suspended: 12 months to serve, 7 days credit for time served and a $500 charge.
• Erica Micki Sprague, theft by taking: 10 years probation, no contact with victim(s) and more than $4,000 in fines.
• Justin Wade Beale, criminal trespass: 12 months to serve, 40 hours community service, evaluation/treatment for alcohol/drug abuse and $2,000 in fines.
• Jason Bolt, Battery-family violence: 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, no violent contact with Jason Hodges and $500 in fines.
• Jaye Hodges, disorderly conduct: 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, no violent contact with Jason Bolt and $500 in fines.
• Xiong Vang, simple battery: 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, no violent contact with Mee Yang and $500 in fines.
• Joe Lewis Rouse Jr., Affray: 12 months probation, no violent contact with Joe Rouse Sr. and $300 in fines.
• Kevin Robert Allen: simple battery, criminal trespass: 24 months probation, no contact with victim(s) and $1,000 in fines.
• Jeremy Wayne Smith: DUI-per se, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, evaluation/treatment for alcohol/drug abuse and $750 in fines.
