Twenty-four arrested in Winder last week

Shameka Nacole Moreland, 23, of 388 Wise Court, Apt 16, in Statham, and Clarissa Roshanda Shields, 26, of 291B Hillcrest Drive, in Statham, were each charged with one count of disorderly conduct.

Twenty-two others were arrested in Winder last week, including:
•Michelle Echaus, 53, 2222 Arden Crest Way, Bethlehem; failure to appear.
•Antonio Johan Epps, 45, 11 West New Street, Winder; probation violation.
•Brittany Michelle Frady, 21, 5427 Dogwood Lane, Gainesville; probation violation.
•Thomas Wayne Gee, 55, 165 Georgia Avenue, Winder; battery family violence.
•Garrett Alexander Hance, 20, 201 Georgia Avenue, Winder; theft by shoplifting.
•James Allen Harvey, 45, 1425 Carl Bethlehem Road, Bethlehem; probation violation.
•Michael David Eugene Lake, 22, 255 Woodlawn Avenue, Winder; possession, manufacture, distribution, etc VGCSA possession of marijuana w/intent, two counts of obstruction of an officer, driving while unlicensed.
•Steven John LeBlanc, 50, 360 Lumpkin Street, Winder; two counts probation violation, two counts possession, manufacture, distribution, etc VGCSA, driving on wrong side of road.
•Douglas McAuthor Milsap, 54, 200 Wood Avenue, Winder; probation violation.
•Angela Renee Roark, 43, 3680 Pointer Road, Loganville; driving under the influence refusal, failure to drive within a single lane, open container in vehicle, driving in violation of DUI limited permit, lighted headlights required at certain times.
•Bryan Keith Bagwell, 29, 165 Georgia Avenue, Winder; two counts third degree cruelty to children, battery domestic/family violence.
•Keith Myron Bagwell, 50, 188 Carl Bethlehem Road, Winder; possession, manufacture, distribution, etc, VGCSA, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, failure to drive within single lane, tire requirements.
•Zaneda Larae Brown, 30, 206 Dreamland Circle, Winder; disorderly conduct.
•Raphael Wilson Clarke, 17, 252 Springdale Drive Winder; theft by taking.
•Christopher Allen Daniel, 42, 218 Colonial Hill Road, Winder; unsafe operation of radio or telephone, failure to drive within single lane, DUI/drugs, windshields and windshield wipers.
•William Alfred Digioia, 57, 515 Harry McCarty Road, Bethlehem; theft by shoplifting.
•Ashley Nicole Gallaga, 22, 2690 Buena Vista Circle, Winder; probation violation.
•Tina Jill Mefs, 49, 307 N. Broad Street, Apt 4, Winder; obstruction of an officer.
•Joshua Richard Mendez, 18, 96 Lakeview Drive, Auburn; driving under the influence.
•Ron Christopher Pendley, 17, 422 Corinth Church Road, Winder; probation violation.
