Family violence and drug charges accounted for most of the sentences handed down by the Barrow County Superior Court last week.
Sentenced were:
•Tammy Lynn Wilson, DUI, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane: five years probation with three years suspended upon successful completion of drug court, $1,000 fine suspended upon successful completion of drug court.
•Tammy Lynn Wilson, violation of condition of limited permit, driving while license suspended, driving on wrong side of road, failure to maintain lane, habitual violator: five years probation.
•Freddy Solis, possession of marijuana more than one ounce, possession, manufacture, distribution drugs within 1,000 feet of schools, giving false name to law enforcement officer: ten years probation, substance abuse treatment, and $1,000 fine.
•Jonathan Milton Long, burglary: 12 months probation, no contact with victim, stay away from victim(s) residence, and $500 fine.
•Anthony Wayne King, two counts first degree cruelty to children, battery family violence, simple battery family violence, simple assault family violence, obstruction: 12 months probation, no violent contact with victim(s), evaluation/treatment for mental health, alcohol/drugs and family violence intervention, and $2,000 fine.
•Lia Moua, three counts criminal trespass: 12 months probation, restitution in the amount of $50 and $500 fine.
•Timothy Ray Gunter, reckless driving, suspended license: 12 months probation and $1,250 fine.
•Windy Annette Solis-Fisher, criminal trespass: 12 months probation, $500 fine and restitution in the amount of $230.
•Matthew Wayne McAllister, fleeing/eluding police officer, obstruction, suspended license, reckless driving, failure to obey stop sign, loitering/prowling: 20 days confinement, 12 months probation and $3,250 fine.
•David Santo Urso, criminal trespass, two counts obstruction of 911 call, three counts simple assault family violence, battery, three counts third degree cruelty to children: 12 months probation, no contact with victim(s), stay away from victim(s) residence and $1,500 fine.
•Vania Jamir Bourgeois, battery: 20 days confinement, 12 months probation, no violent contact with victim(s) and $500 fine.
•John Matthew Kirven, possession of carisoprodol VGCSA, reckless driving, drugs not in original container VGCSA, obstruction, failure to obey stop sign, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions: 12 months probation, continue to attend recovery meetings once per week and $1,000 fine.
•Rickey Odell Boyett, battery family violence, simple battery family violence: 14 days confinement, 12 months probation, no contact with victim(s), banished from Barrow County and $1,500 fine.
•Christina Deane Starling, criminal trespass: 14 days confinement, 12 months probation and $500 fine.
•Ramon Salado-Ramirez, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane: 12 months probation and $800 fine.
•Anthony Santario Johnson, theft by shoplifting: three years probation w/credit for time served, no contact with victim(s) and $1,000 fine.
