Two teens were charged with burglary on Sweet Gum Lane last week after neighbors reported hearing glass break at a nearby residence.
Quintonio Rishun Billings, 18, Brookview Terrace, Winder, and Tory Mundez Browner, 17, 208 Second Street, Winder were charged with burglary, criminal intent to commit burglary and criminal trespass.
Officers caught the two in the yard of the residence where they found a brick had apparently been used to break a window to the residence.
The resident of the building was out of state at the time of the break-in, but a family member responded to the scene.

The 17 year old broke into my apartment at Sweetgum 2 years ago when he also lived there, guess the restraining order the owner's of the property took out didn't do much good!! Not real surprising!!
