•Gaye Carol Eitenmiller, 45, 402 Mist Flower Court, Ball Ground; DUI – second offense, driving with suspended license, following too closely, open container in vehicle.
•Eric Mackenzie Wilkerson, 18, 335 Ashley Court, Winder; DUI – first offense, tail lights required.
•Kenneth Patterson, 46, 1620 River Trace, Auburn; failure to drive within single lane, DUI – first offense.
•Jason Edward Natelli, 29, 100 Huntleigh Court, Winder; DUI, failure to drive within single lane.
