WPD to host 2nd town hall meeting

The Winder Police Department will host its second Town Hall meeting April 19, for residents and businesses within Zone 3 of the City of Winder.

This Zone is defined as addresses north of the railroad tracks and west of North Broad Street. The meeting with be held at the Constance Manor Hall, Winder at 6:30 p.m.
