Three people were charged with family violence by the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office last week.
Arrested were:
•Alfred Dwayne Banks, 52, 120 2nd Street Apt. 13, Winder; simple battery family violence act, terroristic threats and acts.
•Michael Andrew Ingram, 32, 103 Presidential Lane, Statham; false imprisonment family violence act, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct family violence act, simple assault family violence act, criminal trespass family violence act, simple battery family violence act, battery family violence act, terroristic threats and acts family violence act, second degree criminal damage to property family violence act.
•Sidney Lamarcus Lee, 50, 180 East Wright Street, Winder; failure to appear, battery family violence act.
