Late sleeper leads to charges

A Kilcrease Road, Auburn, man reported that when he arrived home from work, he found his son still in bed asleep. The man pulled the covers off the bed and told his son to get up and clean his room. The son pulled the covers back up and continued to lay in the bed.

After the father twice more pulled the covers off of his son, the son got out of bed and the two began arguing and pushing each other. The father finally got his son in a headlock and the son grabbed him by the leg and threw him down in the hallway, causing a laceration to his father’s right hand. The son was arrested for battery family violence.
