The son of a former Barrow County pastor indicted in 2009 for conspiring with his father to set fire to a church had a motion hearing continued Wednesday because his attorney was in court in another county.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, the motion hearing has not yet been rescheduled.
Dacula resident Maurice Arnold, 27, of 584 Cedar Court, pleaded guilty in June 2010 to first-degree arson, conspiracy to first-degree arson and vandalism to a place of worship, all felony charges.
