The Winder Planning Board will meet Tuesday, March 15, at 5:30 p.m. to consider two requests from businesses.
The first request is for a conditional use permit for the operation of a childcare/daycare facility at 88 McNeal Road. The property is just over one-half acre in size and is zoned B-1, which is for Neighborhood Commercial uses.
The second item on the agenda is a request to allow the operation of KOK Recycling at 220 East Midland Ave. The property is more than 11 acres in size and is zoned I, which is for Industrial uses.
The meeting will be at the Winder Community Center, 113 E. Athens St.
