Multiple underage consumption arrests made

Officers made contact with people at the scene and immediately noticed the smell of alcohol on their breath.

First to the door was 17-year-old Rashidah Henry, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

The adult homeowner agreed to a search of the premises to locate anyone else who was underage and that had been drinking.

Two more people were found in an upstairs bathroom, both of who had been drinking and were underage.

After speaking with a neighbor, police identified Taja Largo, who said that Henry had “jumped” her for no reason.

Police noticed several scratches and a bump on Largo’s head.

Largo said that she did not want to press charges on any of the other guests.

Back inside the apartment, police tested six young people who all tested positive for consumption of alcohol.

During the process of testing people, Morgan Stinchcomb was located but refused to do a Breathalyzer test.

Officers asked Stinchcomb to get off the porch where she was sitting and when she refused, police tried to escort her away, but she began resisting.

After further resisting by Stinchcomb, officers brought her to the ground and placed her in handcuffs.

All persons who tested positive for underage consumption were arrested and transported to the Barrow County Detention Center, including Stinchcomb who was also arrested for obstruction.
