Aggressive driver tries to solicit prostitution

Other arrests made by the Auburn Police Department include:
•Tommy Vaughn, 49, 302 Bailey Road, Auburn, open container and possession of marijuana.
•Charles Palmer, 70, 342 Timberidge Lane, Auburn, failure to appear in court.
•Jonathan Willis, 23, 495 Glen Terrace Road, Auburn, battery.
•Billy Mathis, 21, 201 Mount Moriah Road, Auburn, simple battery and criminal trespass.

Other incidents reported by the Auburn Police Department include:

•A damage to property on Wages Road. A woman claims that someone broke a back window to a house that she was renting out. No damage was found other than small damage to a closet door. Officers advised the homeowner that there appeared to be no signs of forced entry. The woman claims the current tenant owes rent and that he might have caused the damage.
• A prowler on Glen Terrace Road. A couple claims that they saw someone in their front yard. No suspicious persons were found after a patrol of the area was completed.
•A domestic dispute on Glen Terrace Road. A man claims he felt threatened by his brother at his home. The man’s father said that no threats were made but that his sons were arguing. No further action was taken by police officers.
•Entering a motor vehicle with intent to commit theft on Elkgrove Drive. A man came into the Auburn Police station and claims that someone stole his Ruger 9mm from his vehicle. The man could not supply the serial number at the time of the report but did say he would return with it.
•Harrasing telephone calls on Crawford Smithonia Road. A woman claims that her ex-boyfriend has been making harassing phone calls to her. The woman claims she asked him to stop several times but he continued the phone calls. The woman claims that a previous restraining order was lifted after it was discovered the ex-boyfriend might be the father of the woman’s unborn child. After checking police discovered that a restraining order was still in place out of Walton County.
