A 16-yearold male juvenile was robbed at gunpoint Jan. 1 by two suspects who picked him up and told him they would give him a ride.
Instead of giving the victim a ride home, the suspects drove the victim to an undisclosed location and robbed him.
One suspect was armed with a machete and the other with a gun. The suspects took the victims cell phone and money.
The victim claims he was shot at when he fled from the scene but was luckily unharmed.
After an intense investigation Barrow County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Meek Zamor, 23, and Terrell Steele, 18. Both are residents of Bethlehem and are believed to be in connection with the incident.
The weapons from the robbery have also been recovered.
Both suspects have been charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault and theft by taking.
Both suspects remain in the Barrow County Detention center as the investigation continues.
