The I-85 North Board of Realtors recently named its officers for 2011 during a holiday brunch held at the Braselton-Stover House.
Crystal Weise is the president for 2011. She has been a realtor for eight years and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. Weise has been with Keller Williams Lanier Partners in Braselton for a year, where she works with both buyers and sellers. As a University of Georgia alumni, Weise said she is excited that her daughter will follow in her footsteps and is UGA bound in the fall.
The president-elect for 2011 is Katrina Scroggs, who was awarded the Rookie of the Year award in 2008. She is a graduate of the ERA Top Gun Academy, GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) Modules I & II, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists), and certified with ERA International Collection and Historical Architectural Properties. She is retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a rural letter carrier, and holds an active real estate license in Georgia and South Carolina. Scroggs is associated with ERA Sunrise Realty in Watkinsville.
The treasurer for 2011 is Eleanor Brannen, who was first licensed in 2004 and has been a member of the I-85 Board for five years. She achieved the ABR designation in 2006 and continues to work with buyers. She is currently associated with Keller Williams in Bogart.
The immediate past president, Deborah Burdette, is the broker for Burdette Realty in Danielsville. She has been a member of the board for almost 10 years.
