Two men were cited for disorderly conduct last week by the Auburn Police Department after a woman passed by a Mary Carter Road location and saw one man beating another man.
An officer called to the scene spoke with the man, Brian Lee Hughes, who the woman saw being hit by another man. Hughes took the officer to a nearby resident and pointed out the alleged man who had beat him, Ronnie Langley.
Langley reportedly told the officer that he did hit Hughes, and that Hughes had hit him earlier. Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
In other reports from last week, the Auburn Police Department charged the following:
•Jose Humberto Garibay, 40, Winder, and charged him with speeding and driving without a license.
•Luke Sommers Robinette, 19, Auburn, disorderly conduct.

•identity theft against a 4th Avenue, Auburn, woman.
